Buffet- From the garden to the plate


Since the Hotel Mercè foundation we have preserved the family farm. We have 3 Hectares used to grow vegetables, legumes and fruit offered as seasonal products.

The homegrown guarantees a fresh privileged product to prepare authentic Catalan and Mediterranean dishes. It is a philosophy focused on local products, looking for quality above all.

Gastronomically, it would be difficult to highlight a product; nevertheless the most typical tradition of Maresme is the cultivation of beans crochet, strawberries and tomatoes.
